Results

The Government of Liberia’s Ministry of Finance Development & Planning (MFDP) sought to modernize its tax administration system to enhance revenue collection, improve taxpayer services, and streamline tax processes. Recognizing the need for an integrated solution that could consolidate various tax systems and databases, the MFDP engaged Farsight Africa Group to supply, install, configure, and implement an Integrated Tax Administration System (ITAS).

Challenge

Additionally, there was a lack of integration between different tax systems, leading to data inconsistencies and difficulties in service delivery to taxpayers.
